Notice of Race (NOR) Format

The NOR Format file below should be copied to a text file. It can then be edited to fill in the blanks.

The Completed NOR should be sent by email to the MCSA Race Chairman, Matt Graham grahmatt@umich.edu for submission to the MCSA List. Teams are not permitted to send a NOR to the MCSA List.

The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing, the current ICSA Procedural Rules and the MCSA Policy requiring all teams to wear team uniforms as described in PR13(e) for all MCSA Regattas.

Teams wishing to withdraw from this event must notify the MCSA Race Chairman by the date specified above to avoid any fines or penalties.

If you arrive late at night call (fill in the name and phone number) to get your housing assignment and directions to its location.

Regatta fees of (amount) will be charged. The rate may not exceed $10/person. The Minimum team fees are $40 for fleet races and $60 for team races.
